Money Back Guarantee – Terms and Conditions

To Submit a Refund Submission:

1. To participate in the Money Back Guarantee (the “Promotion”), purchase a one (1) pound package of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Cooking and Baking sticks (the “Product”) beginning March 16, 2009 through June 30, 2009. If you do not feel that the Product bakes and tastes like butter, send the original UPC symbol from the outer packaging, the original or copy of the cash register receipt and the Money Back Guarantee Certificate (the “Certificate”) to the address below. The Certificate must be obtained directly from www.BakeItToBelieveIt.com (the “Website”) available from 12:00 p.m. ET on March 16, 2009 through 11:59 a.m. ET on July 31, 2009. The national average price of one pound of butter, $3.00, will be refunded, in the form of a check.

2.On or before July 31, 2009, send your Money Back Guarantee refund submission (the “Refund Submission”) with all of the following: (a) the original UPC symbol from a one (1) pound package I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Cooking and Baking sticks; (b) the original or copy of receipt (dated March 16, 2009 – June 30, 2009) with the I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! Cooking and Baking sticks purchase circled; (c) the completed Certificate obtained online at the Website including your valid name, U.S. street address, e-mail address, and reason for dissatisfaction; to:

Refund Submission must be postmarked by July 31, 2009 and received no later than August 14, 2009.

3.Comply with all other terms and conditions set forth below.
LIMIT ONE REFUND SUBMISSION PER HOUSEHOLD ADDRESS. Duplicate or photocopied Refund Submissions (except the register receipts) will not be honored or acknowledged. Promotion valid only in the 50 U.S. or D.C. and purchase must originate in the 50 U.S. or D.C.; must be a legal resident of the 50 U.S. or D.C., 18 years of age or older. Purchase I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! ® Cooking and Baking sticks beginning March 16, 2009 through June 30, 2009. Products purchased before or after these dates are not eligible for the Promotion. Purchase date is determined by date printed on sales receipt. All Refund Submissions must be postmarked by July 31, 2009and received by I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!’s fulfillment agency no later than August 14, 2009. Refund Submissions from Post Office Boxes, commercial addresses, containing invalid, undeliverable or non-U.S. mailing addresses, incomplete or illegible or any Refund Submissions deemed invalid, based on these Terms & Conditions will be rejected and will not be honored, acknowledged or returned. I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® is not responsible for printing errors or for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, non-delivered or postage due mail. Refund Submissions must include all components listed in Section 2 above. Refund Submission rights cannot be assigned or transferred and the Promotion is void where taxed, restricted or prohibited by law. Keep copies of all materials submitted because Refund Submissions become property of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! and will not be returned. Fraudulent Refund Submissions and/or use of multiple addresses to obtain multiple Refund Submissions could result in federal prosecution under mail fraud statutes (Title 18, USC Sections 1341 & 1342). I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! reserves the right to substantiate Refund Submissions and request additional identification and/or documentation. Refund Submissions will be mailed within six (6) to eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of valid Refund Submission. A third-party rebate fulfillment company processes Refund Submissions. Only actual purchasers of the Product may participate in the Promotion. Promotion not valid for groups, clubs or organizations, employees of Conopco, Inc., d/b/a Unilever, its respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, supplier, distributors, agencies, or the fulfillment company or their respective suppliers and/or distributors, and their respective employees. No groups, clubs or organizations may reproduce or distribute the Certificate and this Promotion may not be published in any refunding magazine, website, or elsewhere without Unilever’s written permission. The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey for the resolution of all claims and disputes. If any part of these Terms and Conditions are deemed to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the balance of the Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
